Thanks, Kevin, I saved them to read them later Smiley

I got your package, by the way. As always, I'm very happy with everything you sent. You rock!  Grin

Despite the warnings that the so-called Tibetan and Congolese red and green "Andesine" on the market have all turned out to be heavily diffusion treated, there seems to be a huge uptick on websites (both auction and others) claiming "natural" and/or "untreated" for red and green "Andesine" (again, this is labradorite that has been artificially colored). This whack-a-mole deception is tiresome and both the treaters and dealers seem to grab onto any shred of "possibility" put out by interested parties as justification for selling this fake junk. The lack of any consequences or enforcement globally (also for the other wild treatments we're seeing) is just encouraging the proliferation of new gemstone frauds.

Unless it is "made in the USA" or home-grown Oregon Sunstone, I wouldn't touch that other stuff aka "Andesine" with a 10-foot pole. lol.
